About Ryan
After a very successful career at a larger recruiting company spanning over a decade with several rapid promotions, he has formed Winter Oak Talent with the vision of partnering with the highest performing companies and talent in Global Biotechnology.
Starting his career recruiting in the UK & Switzerland, as well as building out offices in the US, Ryan has a true passion for recruiting. This is best demonstrated through clients that have trusted him over the years, to deliver on key, highly visible positions within the industry.
Outside of work. Ryan spends his time hiking, playing Padel and skiing in the mountains.
